Cancellation, Return/Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at gadgetpuppy.com. Please review the following terms for any of the products that you have purchased from us.
Cancellation Policy For Print Orders:
We at gadgetpuppy.com customize and print our products once ordered. In doing so, we are able to minimize the carbon content. When a print order is confirmed, usually within 1-3 business days, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number. Prior to receiving a tracking number upon shipment, you will be able to cancel or modify your order. Once a print order is prepared for shipping, you will not be able to cancel or modify the order.
Return/Refund Policy:
If your print item does not meet your expectations due to any defect, damage, misprinted or wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact our customer service at contact@gadgetpuppy.com. Our policy lasts 14 days from the time your print item is delivered.
When filing a claim, please list your order number, delivery address, and a description or photo of the print item that is defective.
If the defective print item needs replacement, it will be sent in a reasonable time from resolution. You would not have to return the defective print item.
For non-print items, such as gadget puppy items purchased through affiliate stores like Amazon.com, please follow their return policies.
Refunds (if applicable)
Before your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
